Boca Grande current sales
While many of the articles I have read in recent months leaned toward to luxury market not bottoming out quite yet, Boca Grande sales are hopefully on an upward march. The multi family seemed to take the biggest hit on the island and just today there was a one bedroom condo sale in the Boca Grande Club that resembled 2004 values before the large gains we saw in 2005 and 2006. The flip side is a townhome contracted that will close at 5% over the last sale. Maybe the smaller properties will take longer to come back or maybe that Club sale was the bottom!
